The application must reach Stn HQ ECHS, Fort Saint George, Chennai – 600009 on or before 09 Jun 2023 duly mentioning “Application for the post of……….” on the top of envelop. Incomplete application in any form will be rejected. Only one application is required to be submitted for a particular post for all Polyclinics.
