Age:-20-38 years as on 01.01.2025; Relaxation as per rules; Upper age limit includes a relaxation of 3 years in age beyond the prescribed age limit as a one- time measure due to Covid-19 pandemic

Qualification:-10+2 in Science or its equivalent, with Diploma in Pharmacy from recognized institution and registered as Pharmacist under the Pharmacy Act, 1948 or, Bachelor degree in Pharmacy (B.Pharma) from a recognized University or equivalent and Registered as a Pharmacist under the Pharmacy Act,1948

IMPORTANT INSTRUCTION

Selection Procedure:

  1. CBT Based online Exam MCQ Exam based
  2. Normalisation of marks will be done for CBT held in multiple shifts
  3. Negative Marking: There will be negative marking (@1/3rd mark for every wrong answer) in CBT
  4. Shortlisting of candidates for DV and Medical Examination shall be done RRB-wise at the rate of 1:1 of the vacancies for that RRB. It will be based on their merit in CBT

CBT (computer based test)

  • The Question paper for Single Stage CBT will be of 90 minutes duration for 100 questions and 120 minutes for PwBD candidates who are availing the Scribe facility.
  • The question papers shall be of objective multiple-choice type with four options
  • The standard of questions for the Single Stage CBT(Computer Based Test) will be generally in conformity with the educational standards and/or minimum professional/technical qualifications prescribed for the posts. The questions will be of objective type with multiple choice and are likely to include questions pertaining to
    • Professional ability (syllabus at Annexure-C),
    • General awareness,
    • Arithmetic,
    • General Intelligence &
    • Reasoning, and General Science.
