Required instructions for filling the online form

• Only the application received online at arogyasathi.gujarat.gov.in will be accepted. Applications received through RPAD, Speed Post, Courier or Simple Post will not be accepted.
• A photocopy of the legible original document must be uploaded in the software.
• Applications with incomplete details will be invalid.
• A candidate cannot apply more than once.
• Candidates applying in the cadre of Pharmacist have renewed the registration of the relevant council but do not have the certificate, in which case they will have to create a PDF file with the renewal receipt/slip and upload it.
• The recruitment process will be done on merit as per the guidelines of the Government.
• The final decision regarding the appointment will be taken by the Mission Director, District Health Society and Chief District Health Officer.
