IMPORTANT INSTRUCTION:-
SELECTION PROCEDURE
- The Selection process for Pharmacist A consists of (1) Written test and (2) Skill test.
- The Written Test will be conducted only for the screened-In candidates. Based on the written test scores, required no. of candidates alone shall be called for skill test. Written test will be conducted in such a way that theoretical and practical knowledge of the candidate is tested covering both breadth and depth of the prescribed curriculum. The syllabus of the written test will be as per the syllabus prescribed by the Pharmacy Council of India (PCI).
- The skill test will be purely ‘go-no-go’ basis (qualifying nature only) and marks obtained in the skill test will not be considered for selection. The skill test will be evaluated on a 100-point scale with minimum 60% for qualification. From amongst candidates who qualify in the skill test with minimum 60% marks, empanelment will be done in the order of marks obtained in the written test.
- Candidates have the option to appear for the Written Test/Skill Test in Hindi.
- How to Apply
- The link for the application for on-line registration will be hosted in the SAC web-sites https://www.sac.gov.in or https://careers.sac.gov.in during the period from 24-Oct-2025 (10:00 AM) to 13-Nov-2025 (05:00 PM). Applications will be received through on-line mode only. Upon online registration, applications will be provided with an on-line Registration Number, which should be carefully preserved for future reference. The candidates are also advised to take a printout of the online application for future reference
