Recently, The government of India, Ministry of Railway is going to enhance entry qualification of Pharmacist category to B.Pharma as wide letter No. E/NG/-II/2020/RR-1/18.
Currently, the minimum education qualification for the recruitment of the post of pharmacist is D.Pharma (Diploma in Pharmacy). But now Indian Railway Board is going to update the minimum educational qualifications for the recruitment of a pharmacist.
Very soon, B.Pharma will become the minimum/entry education qualification for the post of Pharmacist in Indian Railway Board.
Since Ministry of Indian Railway has received many references from the Federation for enhancement of entry qualification of pharmacist Gr III to B. Pharma and up-gradation of grade pay.
In this connections, Ministry of Railway Board has issued a order to sought information of the education profile of existing pharmacist’s employees in category of Pharmacist on Railways.
Also Indian railway Instruct to furnish the percentage distribution of different posts in the category of Pharmacist to revise Pharmacist cadre in Railways Board.
