Recruitment for M.Pharm, B.Pharm at under the Ministry of AYUSH

Regional Ayurveda Research Institute, Kothrud, Pune-41 1038, is a Premier Research Institute working under the Central Council for Research in Ayurvedic Sciences , Ministry of AYUSH, Govt, of India. Following posts of Senior Research Fellow and Laboratory Technicians are to be filled on purely contractual basis and co-terminus with the IMR project whose are the details as follows.

Details of Vacancies

1. Senior Research Fellow (Toxicology)

Name of the Intra-mural Research Project : Exploration of reproduction toxicity profile of AYUSH 64
Duration : Initially 6 months (may be extended based on satisfactory performance)
Duration of Project : 02 Year

Remuneration : Rs. 35,000/-+ 24% HRA pm
Qualification and age limit : Essential:- M.V.Sc./ M.Pharm (Pharmacology/Toxicology) or equivalent / M.Sc. (Biotechnology/Toxicology/ Biochemistry with two years research experience) from a recognized University/Institution.
Desirable:- Candidate with hands on experience in laboratory animal handling will be preferred.
Age : Age not exceeding 35 years as on the date of interview (Age relaxation as per Govt, of India Rules).

2. Laboratory technician

Name of the Intra-mural Research Project : Exploration of reproduction toxicity profile of AYUSH SS granules
Duration : Initially 6 months (may be extended based on satisfactory performance)
Duration of Project : 02 Year

Remuneration : Rs. 24,000/- (Consolidated) pm
Qualification and age limit : Essential:- 1 .B.Sc.(Biochemistry/Biotechnology) OR B. Pharm OR equivalent
2. One year experience in relevant laboratory or field.
Desirable:- 1. Candidates with Master degree in relevant subject shall be exempted from condition of experience.
2. Candidates with higher qualification and hands on experience in laboratory animal handling shall be preferred
Age : Age not exceeding 27 years as on date of interview. (Age relaxation as per Govt, of India Rule)

3. Laboratory technician

Name of the Intra-mural Research Project : Evaluation of some Ayurvedic medicinal plants against Free Fatty Acid induced steatosis in Human Hepatocellular Carcinoma Cells
Duration : Initially 6 months (may be extended up to 1 year based on satisfactory performance)
Duration of Project : 02 Year

Remuneration : Rs. 24,000/- (Consolidated) pm
Qualification and age limit :
Essential:-
1 .B. Sc. (Biochemistry/Biotcchnology) OR B. Pharm OR equivalent 2. One year experience in relevant laboratory or field.

Desirable:-
1. Candidates with Master degree in relevant subject shall be exempted from condition of experience.
2. Candidates with higher qualification and hands on experience in animal cell culture shall be preferred.
Age : Age not exceeding 27 years as on date of interview. (Age relaxation as per Govt, of India Rule)

IMPORTANT INSTRUCTION

General Conditions :
1. There will be written examination and interview of written test qualified candidates from 11.00 A.M. onwards at the institute.
2. No TA/DA will be admissible for attending the written test/interview.
3. Candidates desiring to appear for an interview on the day of Interview, should bring all original documents, mark sheets, attested certificates, testimonials, a copy of Bio-data (as per proforma Provided) and two copies of recent colored photograph for submitting at 9.30 A.M. at Institute conference hall. Admission will not be given after 10.30 am.
4. The engagement is contractual and co-terminus with the project. No claim for the permanent/ regular appointment or continuation will be entertained.
5. The engagement is initially for 6 months which is further extendable based on satisfactory performance ot the candidate.
